auditable.\nConsolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual savings reports.\nMonitor sustainability of realized savings.\n\nCross-Functional CollaborationAct as the liaison between Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Finance, and Human Resources.\nCoordinate project reviews with functional leaders and project champions.\nFacilitate communication and alignment across departments.\nSupport management decision-making through accurate project and savings reporting.\n\nLean and Continuous Improvement SupportSupport Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives led by the LPO.\nParticipate in Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping activities, and waste reduction projects.\nAssist in identifying improvement opportunities Improvement Savings Targets\n\n Your Pofile\nBachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.\nMinimum 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, continuous improvement, project management, industrial engineering, or related functions.\nExperience working in cross-functional manufacturing
