setting of machine or equipment controls, as well as the production and inspection processes\nYour Profile\nStrong formal and informal leadership skills\n5 years of experience in a management role within a manufacturing setting\nSound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills\nAbility to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret goals, objectives, and policies\nAbility to delegate, set expectations, and monitor progress of all direct reports\nAbility to supervise and motivate a team to achieve and exceed their goals\nAbility to identify issues and
