Your Tasks

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the project team, supporting the successful execution of projects and organizational objectives;
• Manage medium-complexity projects, applying advanced project management methodologies, tools, and techniques to achieve predefined goals while optimizing resources and project performance;
• Lead the technical oversight of all project phases, including: Project Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Control e Project Closure;
• Monitor and manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, human resources, communications, and risks, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions to minimize process failures and ensure successful outcomes;
• Act as the primary liaison with cross-functional teams involved in project execution, including Sales, Engineering, Materials, Manufacturing Processes, and other relevant departments;
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that deliver cost reductions and operational efficiencies for both the organization and its customers;
• Conduct technical visits with customers and suppliers to identify process improvement opportunities and resolve issues that may impact customer satisfaction;
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, promoting alignment and successful project delivery.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering;
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is considered a plus;
• Proven experience managing projects in a manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or related environment;
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices;
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at different organizational levels;
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills;
• Experience in customer and supplier interactions, including technical discussions and process improvement initiatives.
