by following escalation procedures for unresolved issues.\nConfigure MES according to client specifications (internal and external) and team standards.\nProvide technical support to users in using MES.\nDocument MES processes/projects, in launch phase as well in serial.\nManage and resolve incidents within their area of responsibility.\nPropose improvements to procedures and processes when identified.\nDevelopment, implementation, and optimization of Optical Character Recognition (OCR) systems.\nDevelopment and implementation of machine vision systems for quality inspection and automated defect detection.\nYour profile\nAcademic degree in technical field or equivalent.\n3+ years of experience in implementing, developing, and configuring IT control and management systems for the production processes.\nGood understanding of relevant products & manufacturing processes.\nVery good oral and written communication skills.\nFluent in English and Portuguese.\nAbility to identify problems and propose improvements.\nDatabase knowledge (SQL, TSQL, PLSQL, Oracle).\nSkills in label development and design (ZPL II, Cab).\nUnderstanding of AI concepts and programming.\nKnowledge in Python and data analysis tools. \nKnowledge in VB.NET and Visual Studio.\nDesired knowledge in robots programming.\nComply with and maintain IATF16949:2016, ISO9001:2015, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 systems
