\n\nCoordinate internal and external resources to provide effective technical support. \nWork with the marketing team to promote Dahua’s technologies, solutions and products and collect market feedback. \nQualifications\n\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or another relevant technical field. \n\nAt least one year of relevant experience in technical support or technical engineering. \n\nExperience supporting network, telecommunications, computer or related systems. \n\nCCTV technical-support experience is highly preferred. \n\nFamiliarity with cameras, DVR/NVR equipment and device connectivity. \n\nKnowledge of routers, switches, IP addresses, network diagnostic tools and serial-port tools. \n\nProficient in Microsoft Office. \n\nFluent English communication skills, including speaking, reading, writing and listening. \n\nChinese-language ability is an advantage. \n\nStrong presentation, product-training and customer-service skills. \nAble to troubleshoot problems, coordinate resources and work effectively with sales and technical
