This role goes beyond delivery, serving as a trusted advisor to shape solutions that accelerate scientific processes, improve decision-making, and deliver measurable value.\nRequirements\nResponsibilities\nEstablish and drive the lab informatics vision and product roadmap for customers, aligning initiatives to scientific and business outcomes while providing oversight to ensure consistency and strategic direction \nDefine success metrics and KPIs aligned to business value \nLead system modernization and digital transformation initiatives that accelerate scientific productivity, maximize data value, and drive integration across systems and platforms within connected lab environments, thoughtfully incorporating emerging technologies such as AI \nPartner with stakeholders to understand scientific, technical, and operational needs and translate them into scalable, high-impact solutions \nDesign solution architectures and workflows, remaining hands-on in implementation to improve efficiency, usability, and overall solution quality \nLead change management initiatives and drive adoption outcomes, conducting gap analyses to assess organizational readiness and establish scalable mitigation strategies \nBuild deep, trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor to shape solutions and influence decision-making \nProactively anticipate and identify customer challenges, clarify complex problems, and act decisively to resolve them \nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent in Life Sciences or a related field \nExperience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or broader life sciences environments, with a strong understanding of end-to-end drug development processes and the scientific and operational ecosystems that support them \nExceptional communication skills, with experience leading successful cross-functional initiatives and managing stakeholders at multiple levels \nDemonstrated sense of ownership in the success of engagements with clients \nDemonstrated experience in product management, business analysis, and/or informatics strategy roles \nProven experience with laboratory informatics systems (e.g., LIMS, ELN, scientific data platforms) \nFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC processes is a plus \nAdditional Preferences\nWillingness to travel/relocate based on project or business needs \nA strategic, big-picture thinker who can also execute effectively at a detailed level \nCollaborative and able to work across diverse, cross-functional teams \nAdaptable and comfortable navigating ambiguity \nProactive, self-driven, and results-oriented \nBenefits\nCURIOSITY DRIVEN, SCIENCE FOCUSED, EMPLOYEE BUILT.
