Top candidates will be innovative, strong decision-makers and outstanding facilitators of learning and change.\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nIdentify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths and consultation with managers.\nDevelop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs.\nDevelop training manuals that target tangible results.\nImplement effective and purposeful training methods.\nEffectively manage the training budget.\nEvaluate organizational performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance.\nAssess employees’ skills, performance and productivity to identify areas of improvement.\nDrive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities.\nEffectively communicate with team members, trainers and management.\nCreate a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based on the organizationsgoals.\nSelect and manage resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training.\nManage the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver training.\nKeep abreast of training trends, developments and best practices.\nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:\nBachelorsdegree inHuman Resourcesor a related field (essential).\nA minimum of 5years’ experiencein training and development management (essential).\nExcellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.\nSuperb track record in developing and executing successful training programs.\nCritical thinker with innovative problem-solvingskills.\nHighly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools.\nFamiliar with traditional and modern training processes.\nFantastic organizational and time management skills.\nStrategic and creative mindset.\nMeticulous attention to detail\nESSENTIAL DUTIES:\nIdentify and schedule deliverables, milestones, and required tasks.\nAdminister resource management scheduling system.\nUpdate trainingstatus summaries weekly for business managers.\nProvide visibility of resource utilization and availability to management.\nProvide leadership and motivation to project team members throughout the traininglife cycle.\nAdhere to best practices and methodologies.\nENVIRONMENT:\n100% performed in climate-controlled internal office environment working under normal office conditions.\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel and handle, reach with arms and hands, talk and hear.
