We are ambitious and excited to build big things, and we’d love to bring on someone who is as well.\nAs a Product Designer at Ziina you will:\nOwn the end-to-end design of complex product surfaces, from initial problem framing and research synthesis through to pixel-perfect specs and post-launch iteration\n\nWork closely with product, engineering, and data to define what gets built and why, not just how it looks\n\nTranslate ambiguous, multi-constraint problems (compliance, UX, business model) into clear, elegant flows that users actually understand\n\nBuild and maintain an interaction vocabulary that scales: patterns, components, and decision logic that make the team faster over time\n\nRaise the bar on design quality across the product, through critique, documentation, and shipping work that others want to reference\n\nBe a voice for the user in roadmap conversations, synthesizing research, behavioral data, and your own instincts into a coherent point of view\n\nTo succeed in this role, you likely:\nHave 4+ years of product design experience, with a strong portfolio showing work on complex, multi-state mobile flows (ideally in fintech, consumer apps, or high-usage transactional products)\n\nThink in systems: you don't just design screens, you design the logic that connects them\n\nCan move fluidly between strategy and craft, as comfortable in a whiteboard session defining the problem as you are in Figma pushing pixels\n\nWrite clearly and think analytically: you can articulate design decisions in a way that holds up against hard questions from engineering and leadership\n\nTreat research as a design tool, not a separate phase: you synthesize signals quickly and move\n\nHave a working relationship with AI tools: you use them to compress execution time, stress-test ideas, and stay focused on the hard thinking rather than the repetitive making.
