In short, we want owners who are ready to build big things with us.\nAs a Senior Platform Engineer (Infrastructure) at Ziina you will:\nBuild and own scalable, reliable infrastructure that supports high-performance applications across multiple regions\n\nOwn and continuously improve our CI/CD pipelines and release workflows so that shipping is fast, safe, and predictable\n\nImplement infrastructure as code and automation across all environments to ensure consistency and reduce manual toil\n\nImprove system observability, monitoring, and incident response so problems are caught early and resolved quickly\n\nReduce operational overhead and improve platform stability as we scale\n\nEnable engineering teams through reliable, efficient platform systems and self-service tooling\n\nTo succeed in this role, you likely:\nHave 5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE, with a strong focus on infrastructure and developer experience\n\nHave deep expertise with cloud services (ideally AWS) and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi\n\nAre proficient with containerization and orchestration - Docker, Kubernetes - and understand microservices architecture\n\nHave hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, DataDog, or similar)\n\nAre comfortable with on-call responsibilities and have a track record of improving incident response practices\n\nUse the latest AI tools and technologies to boost your productivity\n\nAre based in, or open to relocating to, the UAE\n\nWhat would amaze us:\nProven experience building infrastructure for fintech or other high-reliability, high-throughput platforms\n\nA track record of tackling real scaling problems - reducing latency, improving resilience, or operating multi-region systems\n\nHistory of building platform and developer experience tooling that measurably boosted engineering velocity\n\nSuccessful leadership in major infrastructure evolution, including architectural transitions, migrations, or multi-region rollouts\n\nActive engagement in the tech community through open source contributions, conference speaking, or technical writing\n\nOur tech stack:\nWe’ve built a modular architecture with the principles of reliability, scalability, and maintainability in mind.
