Want to join us?\nAbout the role.\nThis is an exciting opportunity to own the overall fraud strategy at a fast-growing fintech, taking leadership of a critical area of risk and a key driver of Zilch’s commercial performance. Fraud is a highly visible and strategically important P&L item, with significant senior scrutiny, and this role will play a central part in shaping how Zilch protects the business while continuing to deliver a great experience for genuine customers.\nAs Fraud Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for designing and evolving Zilch’s fraud strategy across both application fraud and in-life fraud. You’ll lead the development of strategies that identify, prevent, and respond to fraud risk at scale, ensuring controls are effective, data-driven, and commercially balanced.\nThe role sits at the intersection of Risk, Fraud Operations, Product, Engineering, Data, and Compliance. You’ll work closely with these teams to turn insight into action, developing measures that protect Zilch from fraud while keeping customer journeys as smooth and proportionate as possible.\nYou will also support the delivery of key financial crime compliance strategies, including KYC, PEP, and sanctions controls.
