This role sits within the PM team as a key execution partner, directly supporting the Senior Program Manager and enabling smooth, high-quality delivery across a diverse portfolio of creative work\nAbout the role\nZillow Group is looking for a Program Manager to join the Studio Z Program Management team, reporting to the Senior Manager, Program Management. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who thrives in the day-to-day rhythm of creative production and brings structure, clarity, and care to every project they touch.\nThis Program Manager is the day-to-day operational backbone for a subset of Studio Z's creative portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Program Manager, this role keeps projects moving from brief through delivery-managing timelines, communications, and production logistics across a mix of campaign deliverables. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, proactive executor who brings calm and structure to a fast-moving creative environment, and who is excited to grow their PM skills in a high-performing, cross-functional team.\nThis role requires a strong but caring project lead who is invested in the success of the team and sets the bar high.\nYou will have the opportunity to:\nUse creative problem solving skills to deliver results in a fast-moving, innovative environment\nGuide work toward the best possible outcome, with an eye toward team and business priorities\nParticipate in and help shape an evolving process rollout across our team and larger marketing Organization\nGrow your program management skills in a dynamic creative environment, with increasing exposure to resourcing planning, operational reporting, and process improvement over time.\nAs a Program Manager you will:\nCreate, maintain and distribute status-report documents, including detailed project schedules, tracking all projects currently in progress; leads regular status meetings to discuss project status; updates team on any Studio Z and stakeholder revisions\nDevelop project plans and briefing documents in partnership with Account that clearly outline deliverables, project approach, and milestones\nAttend and lead briefings as needed, ensuring team members have a clear understanding of deliverables and timing\nSupport weekly resourcing meetings by bringing well-organized, up-to-date project requests; flag capacity conflicts and timing risks to the Senior Program Manager ahead of each session\nFacilitates communication between team members to make sure deadlines are met; schedules internal and team creative reviews, ensuring team members are aware of next steps; follows up with written recaps\nRoute creative; copy docs, presentations, digital files, and other materials as necessary to appropriate team members for review, proofing, revisions and approval\nSchedules debriefs with Account, Strategy, and Creative team members to discuss feedback/changes after client presentations and confirm next steps\nEnsure operational systems (JIRA, Google forecasting sheets, and DAM) are rigorously maintained\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date project data across operational systems, supporting the Senior Program Manager with the information needed for team-level reporting\nActively adopt Al tools and productivity solutions that reduce manual effort and improve day-to-day workflow efficiency\nThis role has been categorized as a teleworker position. Teleworkers do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and instead work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company.
