We are seeking an experienced professional to support our workforce expansion in India.\nAbout the role\nAs a Recruiter, you will manage the end-to-end recruiting process. You will partner closely with hiring managers and recruiting teammates to source, assess, and hire top talent. This role blends hands-on sourcing, recruiting execution, and stakeholder partnership, with opportunities to grow strategic influence over time.\nYou Will Get To\nOwn the full-cycle recruiting process for technical roles, from intake and calibration through sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and close.\n\nPartner closely with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, align on hiring strategy, and provide ongoing market and pipeline insights.\n\nBuild and engage diverse technical talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and thoughtful candidate outreach.\n\nDeliver a high-quality candidate experience by guiding candidates through interviews, communicating clearly and consistently, and supporting offer discussions through acceptance.\n\nUse recruiting data and funnel insights to track progress, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive better hiring outcomes over time.\n\nThis role has been categorized as an Office position. “Office” employees regularly work at the Zillow India office for approximately 80 to 100 percent of their time each month. Employees must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the office. Zillow has not defined a reasonable distance, and expects employees will use judgment in determining this for themselves and understand the implications re: time commitment and cost of daily commute.Who you are\n3 to 6 years of Full-cycle recruiting experience supporting corporate functions. Mortgage industry experience is a plus.\n\nStrong sourcing expertise building diverse pipelines through multi-channel and platform outreach.\n\nAI enthusiast\n\nProficiency with recruiting systems and tools such as Workday, Gem, and LinkedIn Recruiter, with strong data hygiene and consistent process execution.\n\nData-driven partner to hiring managers who defines role requirements, shapes recruiting strategy, and uses funnel insights to improve speed, quality, and candidate experience.\n\nWilling to work on technical and non technical roles as opportunity provided.\n\nFamiliarity with recruiting for corporate functions, as well as an understanding of core technical skill sets to conduct effective screens and partner with interviewers.\n\nExceptional candidate and stakeholder experience delivered through timely communication, clear expectations, and high-touch engagement.\n\nAbility to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously with strong prioritization and organization skills.\n\nAbility to prepare dashboard and lead executive level engagements and reporting\n\nFluency in English to effectively support candidates and stakeholders.\n\nProven experience in working with global product development organizations and managing multiple stakeholders\n\nActive participation in various recruiting related projects with global teams.\n\nAdditional Information:\nThis is a hybrid role, 3 days work from office\n\nWorking hours are 2 pm to 11 pm IST\n\nWe are considering only Bangalore-based candidates for this opportunity.\n\nGet to know us\nAt Zillow, we’re reimagining how people move-through the real estate market and through their careers.
