are looking for a Customer Service Representative that will handle the following:\nCustomer Service\nTrack and trace\nETA/cut off confirmation\ne-COM queries\nResending documents (A/N, draft, invoice, others)\nCustomer notifications\nIdentify clients’ claims and disappointments as an improvement opportunity.\nMake sure to handle internal queries on time in order not to delay answers to clients.\nBookings\nBookings creation, amendment and cancellation\nMain BL update according to Schedule\nBusiness errors handling\nMonitor daily booking requests and confirmation within SLA (2hs)\nMonitor Hive system and escalate to CSM any issue affecting bookings confirmation on time\nTo be in close contact with clients, especially when booking confirmation depends on allocation/equipment\nTo handle booking/SI survey recovery\nExternal Interfaces\nCoordination of booking list with Terminals\nCoordination of priorities on loading restrictions with Cargo Flow Manager/Sales Manager\nIdentify new clients´ request as an opportunity to know the needs and offer a personalized service as part of the retention policy\nInternal Interfaces\nHandle communication with Documentation Team, Financial Dept, Sales, Operations and Equipment before answering to clients\nPropose solutions to problems and bottle neck measuring clients´ special needs\nHaving regular coordination meetings with all relevant departments.\nMonitor Auto Freight to avoid MC and delays on collection process.\nRequirements\nAcademic education in Foreign Trade\nWorking experience in a global company / Shipping industry-advantage.\nProficient in MS office, Excel in particular.\nHigh control of English language (Speaking, reading and writing)\nCommunication skills\nReactiveness\nCustomer service approach (internal & external)\nAnalytical
