through data coordination, documentation, and follow ups\nAssist in preparing inputs for management meetings, reviews, and decision making forums\nPreparing presentations and reference materials for the BU meetings, Management meetings, Board meetings and meetings with business partners\nAnalyzing commercial, financial and operational data as a basis for decision-making\nPreparing ongoing reports of the BU’s activity for senior management presentations\nLeading processes improvement initiatives in the Function\nRequirements\nBachelor's Degree in Business related field\nWith relevant working experience in MNC preferred\nWith experience in the shipping / logistic industry preferred\nWith strong experiences in projects management\nHigh level of analytical skills with strong stakeholders’ management\nExcellent interpersonal & communication skills, ability to work as a team and build good working relationships with senior counter parts\nProactive, energetic & independent\nResult oriented and quick response\nExcellent in MS-Office tools, Excel and PowerPoint\nExcellent command in spoken and written
