In this role, you'll work with large-scale operational and financial data, collaborate with stakeholders across the globe, and help identify opportunities that drive performance, efficiency, and business results.\nThis is a great opportunity to gain global exposure, develop your analytics expertise, and make a measurable impact on business performance in an international organization.\nWhat You'll Do:\nPerformance Analysis:\nAnalyze operational spend and performance to identify trends, patterns, and efficiency opportunities.\nDevelop and support analytical models and tools to improve performance visibility and decision-making.\nCreate clear and impactful data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.\nDetect anomalies and deviations in performance data and work closely with cross-functional teams to investigate root causes and drive corrective actions.\nAct as a key interface between data and relevant interfaces, ensuring alignment, data integrity, and actionable outcomes.\nKPI Ownership & Performance Monitoring :\nAct as the focal point for the unit’s KPIs, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all systems and reports.\nEnsure KPI targets are properly defined and aligned with business objectives.\nContinuously monitor performance against targets, identifying gaps and deviations.\nAnalyze root causes for underperformance and work with relevant stakeholders to validate data and resolve discrepancies.\nAd-hoc Analysis & Reporting:\nPerform ad-hoc analyses and generate reports based on evolving business needs and management requests\n\nRequirements\nAcademic education in Industrial Engineering and Management from a recognized university or college -a must\n1-2 years of experience in analytical roles -
