Customer Relationship:\nHelp maintain and service existing accounts under the guidance of the Business Development Manager.\nServe as a secondary point of contact for customers, ensuring their day-to-day inquiries are addressed promptly.\nCollect market and customer feedback to inform strategy.\nBridge communication between customers, ZLC, and the local partner for operational inquiries and issue resolution.\nRequirements\n1. Education & Experience:\nCollege diploma or higher in Business, Logistics or a related field.\nMinimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the logistics, freight forwarding, or related B2B service industry.\nExperience in a hunter sales role is a strong advantage.\n2. Knowledge & Skills:\nStrong prospecting, persuasion, and closing skills. Ability to work independently to generate leads.\nExperience with Chinese business culture is highly preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.\nProficiency in Mandarin and English is required. Fluency in the local language is preferred.\n3.
