Your work directly impacts the end-user experience by identifying critical defects early in the development lifecycle, thereby accelerating release cycles and maintaining the integrity of high-stakes software platforms.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Architect and implement robust automation frameworks using Selenium and TestNG to improve testing efficiency across web and mobile platforms.\n\n- Execute comprehensive API testing to validate backend services, ensuring seamless integration and data consistency across distributed systems.\n\n- Develop and maintain reusable test scripts in Java or Python to minimize manual intervention and optimize regression testing cycles.\n\n- Collaborate with stakeholders to define test strategies that align with project timelines and quality benchmarks.\n\n- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to development teams to facilitate rapid bug resolution and performance tuning.\n\nRequired Skillset :\n\n- Demonstrated proficiency in building and managing automation frameworks using Selenium, Java, and Python within enterprise-grade environments.\n\n- Strong technical capability in performing API testing and validating complex web and mobile application workflows.\n\n- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical test scenarios while maintaining high standards of code quality.\n\n- Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions to both internal teams and external clients.\n\n- Ability to thrive in an on-site work environment at our WTC Kharadi office, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.\n\n- A minimum of 4 -
