Head of Demand Generation

Why this role exists: Zinc's marketing function is growing and we're looking for an experienced Head of Demand Generation to take us to the next level. Our vision is to move demand marketing from a channel-led function into a data-informed, 360 growth engine, building and designing a repeatable playbook for demand generation & capture across every channel and every audience.

This is a new senior leadership role within the marketing function, and a rare opportunity to build and shape how Zinc scales to beyond £50m ARR, into new audiences. You'll be responsible for building and scaling the full-funnel demand generation playbook, working closely with the outbound team, wider commercial leadership and the marketing leadership team. We're looking for a leader who can inspire, motivate and develop a team and curate demand programmes across multiple channels and multiple regions, bringing playbooks and processes to continue Zinc's growth trajectory.

You'll have a mandate to look at how we measure, activate and engage buyers across the full funnel, from first signal to closed won and have a strong view on what best-in-class demand generation and capture looks like in 2026 and beyond.
