The position may be performed remotely from home or onsite in headquarters in Tualatin, Oregon and reports to the Service Portfolio Manager.\nCustomerProjectManagerV JobDuties:\nManages and coordinates to ensure completion of battery energy storage system installation and commissioning projects\nKey point of contact for the customer and stakeholders and responsible for the project from inception to completion including post project feedback and evaluation\nSupport project planning from pre-sales through post sale installation and commissioning\nCooperates and works closely with internal and external stakeholders associated with the project\nResponsible for developing project budget prior to sale and managing to the quoted budget through project completion\nMaintains regular communication of project status and potential material changes to the technical requirements, project timeline or budget to ZincFive management\nSupports the integration, planning, and execution with 3rd party equipment\nEnsures a smooth and professional transfer of the project to the designated long term service organization\nCollaborates with Project Managers to provide mutual support as needed\nOrganizes and facilitates meetings to ensure smooth project execution\nContributes best practices to the corporate project management function including processes and SOP’s\nSupports Pre-delivery Inspection or Factory Acceptance Test visits\nVisits assigned projects in the field, up to 25% \nProvides technical support/advice to customers/stakeholders either directly or by coordinating company subject matter experts\nMaintains a database of all project records\nPartners with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Service and Engineering and ensures successful project completion\nJob Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, power systems, a related field, or equivalent years of experience\n7+ years of experience in customer project management for power systems or data center background\nExcellent customer management skills for both verbal and written communication\nProficiency in Microsoft Office as well as other software required for project management\nExcellent attention to detail and accuracy\nExcellent time management and organizational abilities\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines\nExcellent interpersonal skills\nAbility to collaborate with multiple partners to drive projects to successful completion\nAbility to coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure the right expertise is available when needed for successful project delivery\nExperience managing changes to project scope, schedules, and budgets, and identifying and mitigating project risks\nPreferred Experience/Skills:\nPMP certification\nSix Sigma\nKey Competencies: \nAttention to detail and accuracy\nExcellent communication skills - verbal and written\nGood judgment with solid decision making\nCustomer service orientation\nTeamwork and collaboration\nContinuous improvement\nPhysicalRequirementsandWorkingConditions:\nWork involves extended periods of sitting at a computer, some repetitive motion, and lifting up to 15 pounds occasionally\nAbility to wear Personal Protective Equipment when required\nAbility to travel by air, train, bus and car\nManufacturing, warehouse, home and office environment\nMust be able to maintain a level state of alertness while performing this job\nSalary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role.\nIn addition, the successful candidate for this position will become eligible for a comprehensive set of outstanding benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, paid sick time, paid time off for vacation, paid holidays, paid community service days, professional/personal learning program, and applicable state/federal paid family leave.\n\nZincFive is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
