We are looking for a Leasing Agent who will be responsible for following a trained leasing process, attaining sales and retention goals and setting the pace for fellow team members.
The individual should be willing to work in a fun, competitive leasing environment, willing to work some weekends and have flexible hours.
Responsibilities
- Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants
- Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promoting materials
- Confirm rental application data and personal references
- Stay knowledgeable of the property market status
- Provide information on all aspects of properties
Requirements
- Sales experience preferred
- Yardi experience highly preferred
- Saturday hours are required
- Retail, automotive, hospitality and property management backgrounds are encouraged to apply
- The individual must have an outgoing personality
- Must have strong communication skills and a desire to learn
- Must have proven reliability, be goal oriented, and willing to adapt to a fast paced and quickly changing environment
