This is a hands-on technical leadership role, not a traditional advisory or pre-sales-only architecture position. The ideal candidate will own the complete customer technical journey from pre-sales discovery and solution design to hands-on development, enterprise integration, production deployment, and post-go-live stability.\n\nWe are looking for someone equally comfortable presenting architecture to CXOs, designing complex distributed systems, writing production code, and troubleshooting critical integrations. The role will focus on building scalable voice AI, conversational AI, digital AI, and enterprise customer experience (CX) solutions.\n\nThe core responsibilities for the job include the following:\n\nSolution Architecture and Technical Leadership: \nDesign scalable, secure, and reliable enterprise AI and SaaS architectures.\nOwn end-to-end solution architecture, including APIs, microservices, distributed systems, event-driven integrations, cloud infrastructure, and data flows.\nTranslate customer business requirements into practical technical designs and implementation roadmaps.\nDefine architectural standards covering security, authentication, scalability, performance, and reliability.\nIdentify technical risks early and recommend solutions that balance customer requirements with platform scalability.\n\nHands-On Engineering and Development: \nActively contribute to software development, API implementation, integration development, debugging, and technical problem-solving.\nBuild production-ready components, integrations, and AI-powered workflows.\nDevelop proofs of concept and convert validated solutions into scalable production systems.\nParticipate in code reviews, technical design discussions, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.\nEnsure strong engineering practices across testing, CI/CD, monitoring, observability, and deployment.\nRecent hands-on coding experience is essential. Candidates should have personally developed and delivered production software, not just managed engineering teams.\n\nEnterprise Integrations and AI Solutions: \nArchitect and implement integrations with CRM, CCaaS, CPaaS, ERP, banking, ticketing, and other enterprise platforms.\nDesign and deliver voice AI, digital AI, conversational workflows, and customer automation solutions.\nWork with REST APIs, webhooks, authentication protocols, event-driven architectures, and enterprise data integrations.\nEnsure seamless integration between AI applications and existing customer technology ecosystems.\nCollaborate with engineering teams on AI capabilities, including LLM integrations, RAG, guardrails, model evaluation, and human-agent escalation.\n\nCustomer-Facing Solutioning and Stakeholder Management: \nServe as the primary technical advisor for enterprise customers throughout the engagement lifecycle.\nLead technical discovery workshops, architecture discussions, solution demonstrations, and design reviews.\nEngage with CXOs, technology leaders, engineering teams, and business stakeholders.\nTranslate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.\nSupport technical proposals, RFPs, proofs of concept, and customer solution presentations.\nBuild strong customer confidence through technical credibility, execution ownership, and delivery commitments.\n\nEnd-to-End Implementation and Production Ownership: \nOwn technical delivery from initial discovery through architecture, development, testing, deployment, and go-live.\nWork closely with product, engineering, and customer implementation teams.\nResolve complex cross-system integration challenges and production issues.\nEnsure implementations meet security, performance, scalability, and reliability expectations.\nCreate reusable architecture patterns, integration frameworks, and technical documentation to accelerate future implementations.\nProvide technical feedback to product and engineering teams to improve platform capabilities.\n\nRequirements: \n10+ years of experience in software engineering, enterprise technology, solution architecture, or technical delivery.\n3+ years of experience in solution architecture, integration architecture, or enterprise application design.\nStrong hands-on software development background with recent production coding experience.\nDeep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, REST APIs, event-driven architecture, cloud platforms, and enterprise integrations.\nExperience building and deploying enterprise SaaS applications and complex customer-facing solutions.\nProven experience owning technical implementations from solution discovery to production go-live.\nStrong knowledge of software engineering practices, including CI/CD, testing, monitoring, security, and troubleshooting.\nExperience interacting directly with enterprise customers and senior technical stakeholders.\nAbility to independently lead architecture decisions while contributing to hands-on engineering.\nStrong problem-solving capabilities and experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth technology environments.\n\nPreferred Skills: \nExperience with Voice AI, Conversational AI, Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI systems.\nKnowledge of AI architecture involving RAG, model evaluation, guardrails, tool integrations, and human escalation.\nExperience with Salesforce, Genesys Cloud, Amazon Connect, Twilio, Five9, or similar CCaaS/CPaaS platforms.\nBackground in customer experience technology, contact center automation, CRM, or enterprise communication platforms.\nExperience delivering complex integrations in banking, financial services, healthcare, travel, or other enterprise environments.\nPrior experience working with product-based SaaS companies or high-growth startups.\nExposure to security-sensitive or regulated enterprise environments.\n\nWhat We Are Looking For: \nThe ideal candidate is a hands-on architect with strong engineering DNA and customer-facing maturity.\nDesigned complex enterprise architectures and personally contributed to their implementation.\nBuilt production software rather
