The role will own the technical journey across pre-sales, discovery, solution design, implementation, and production go-live. You will work closely with enterprise customers to understand business requirements, design scalable solutions, lead technical discussions, and contribute hands-on code to build and productionize integrations and AI-powered solutions.\nThe candidate will have responsibilities across the following functions:\nCustomer and Solution Engagement:\nAct as the primary technical expert for enterprise customers across discovery, solutioning, design, and delivery.\nLead technical discovery workshops and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.\nConduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, POCs, RFP responses, and solution proposals.\nEngage with senior business and technology stakeholders and clearly communicate architectural decisions and trade-offs.\nSolution Architecture:\nDesign scalable, secure and production-ready AI, Voice AI and Digital AI solutions.\nDefine system architecture, APIs, data flows, integration patterns, security/identity models, and non-functional requirements.\nArchitect complex integrations with CRM, CCaaS, ERP, banking and other enterprise platforms.\nCreate architecture diagrams, technical specifications, implementation guides, and architecture decision documents.\nIdentify integration, security, scalability and operational risks and define mitigation strategies.\nHands-on Engineering and Delivery:\nWrite, test, debug and deploy production-quality code for APIs, integrations and AI workflows.\nBuild rapid prototypes and convert successful POCs into scalable, maintainable production solutions.\nWork closely with engineering and product teams on code reviews, technical decisions and implementation.\nOwn technical delivery through testing, deployment, go-live, observability and production handover.\nTroubleshoot complex cross-system technical issues and drive them through to resolution.\nPlatform and Engineering Excellence:\nDevelop reusable integration components, architecture blueprints and technical patterns.\nEnsure consistency and maintainability across multiple customer implementations.\nPartner with Product and Engineering teams to convert customer requirements into product and platform enhancements.\nRequirements:\n10+ years of experience in enterprise software engineering, technical delivery or solution architecture.\n3+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture / Integration Architecture / Technical Consulting.\nStrong hands-on software development experience with a track record of delivering production applications.\nStrong understanding of: APIs and microservices, distributed systems, Event-driven architectures, Cloud platforms, Identity and security, Data architecture, Enterprise integrations.\nExperience delivering SaaS products and complex enterprise integrations into production.\nStrong engineering practices around CI/CD, testing, code reviews, monitoring and troubleshooting.\nExcellent customer-facing communication skills with the ability to lead workshops, technical discussions and executive presentations.\nStrong architectural judgment with the ability to balance business requirements, scalability, security, delivery timelines and maintainability.\nProven ability to independently own complex technical initiatives from discovery to production.\nGood to Have:\nExperience with Conversational AI, Voice AI, Generative AI or Customer Experience (CX) platforms.\nExperience with Salesforce, Genesys Cloud, CCaaS or CPaaS platforms.\nExperience integrating platforms such as Twilio, Genesys, Amazon Connect or Five9\nExperience integrating with CRM, ERP, banking or other enterprise core systems.\nHands-on experience with RAG, model evaluation, AI guardrails and human-in-the-loop workflows.\nExperience deploying AI solutions in enterprise environments.\nExperience working with financial services, healthcare or other regulated industries.\nExperience in a high-growth/start-up environment with strong ownership and adaptability.\nExpectations:\nBuilding strong technical credibility and trust with enterprise customers.\nConverting technical discovery and POCs into well-designed, production-ready solutions.\nDelivering reliable architectures and high-quality production code.\nProactively identifying and reducing technical and integration risks.\nCreating reusable technical assets and integration patterns that improve future implementation speed and
