Think of it as the work of a strong consulting Associate, but from inside a growth-stage B2B SaaS company.\nYou will not need prior expertise in every area. What matters is your ability to learn quickly, think clearly, communicate simply, and execute with high quality.\nWhat You Will Work On\nBusiness development: Understand client and partner problems, shape solutions, and build the pitch decks and proposals that go into those conversations.\nPartnerships: Research potential partners, build partnership theses, and support leadership in partner discussions.\nStrategy and M&A: Map markets, evaluate acquisition opportunities, and turn research into clear recommendations.\nGTM and company initiatives: Support strategic projects across sales, marketing, and customer success, including OKR reviews and business cases.\nExecutive communication: Turn rough inputs and complex information into polished, executive-ready presentations and content.\nAt its core, the role asks you to take a problem such as 'We are meeting this partner; figure out why they should work with Zinier' and drive it from research to a finished pitch.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nMust haves\n3-5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, business strategy, or a similarly analytical and high-ownership environment.\nDirect, client-facing experience.\nA bachelor's or master's degree from a Tier 1 institution (an MBA is not required).\nYou will thrive here if you\nBreak down ambiguous problems and form a clear point of view, rather than simply summarising research.\nCommunicate crisply in writing, in conversation, and through strong slides and spreadsheets.\nPick up unfamiliar industries and business models quickly, with genuine commercial curiosity.\nWork independently, care about quality, and see work through to completion.\nUse AI tools as leverage without outsourcing your thinking to them.\nNice to have: Exposure to B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or field service; experience with pitch decks, proposals, or M&A; or experience supporting founders and senior executives.\nWhy This Role\nYou will work across business development, partnerships, GTM, strategy, and M&A rather than being confined to a single function.
