We work with customers in telecom and energy.\nWhat we're looking for:\nWe are looking for a SDE 2 to join our rapidly expanding Engineering team.\nResponsibilities:\nEngage in requirements discussions with the product team to ensure clarity and feasibility.\nDevelop and maintain the backend of the Zinier ecosystem with a focus on high-quality, scalable code.\nInvestigate and resolve product issues in collaboration with stakeholders.\nOptimize applications for performance, speed, and scalability.\nContribute to training initiatives to upskill team members across the company.\nMaintain and update technical documentation to ensure knowledge sharing.\nMentor junior engineers, fostering best practices and engineering principles.\nConduct code reviews to maintain high development standards.\nCollaborate in an Agile environment, leveraging JIRA for sprint planning, backlog management, and issue tracking.\nSkill Requirements:\nBackend (Primary Focus)\nStrong knowledge and experience in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.\n4-6 years of experience\nStrong understanding of Java, Spring Boot, and REST API development.\nExperience in Test-Driven Development (TDD) with Spring Boot.\nProficiency in developing APIs using Redis and relational databases (MySQL preferred).\nStrong understanding of the AWS cloud platform, with experience using services like S3, Lambda.\nGood understanding of code versioning tools (Git) and bug-tracking systems (JIRA, etc.).\nKnowledge of DocumentDB or any other NoSQL document database is a plus.\nFrontend (Good to Have / Preferred for Full-Stack Evaluation)\nHands-on experience with React.js, including state management (e.g., Redux, Context API).\nExperience with modern UI development, including CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Material-UI, Bootstrap, etc.).\nUnderstanding of REST API integration and handling API calls efficiently in React.\nFamiliarity with component-driven development and frontend testing (e.g., Jest, React Testing
