This role is primarily responsible for testing customer solutions built using Zinier platform and products. The primary focus of this engineer will be to build test plans and troubleshoot failures in existing applications.\nAbout the Role:\nWe are looking for an AI Test Engineer with strong backend and automation experience to test AI-powered services, APIs, intelligent scheduling, and field-service workflows.\nYou will work closely with Backend, AI/ML, and Product teams to build reliable, scalable, and measurable quality frameworks for AI-driven capabilities.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nTest AI/LLM-powered backend services, APIs, and workflows.\n\nValidate AI responses for accuracy, relevance, groundedness, and hallucinations.\n\nBuild automated AI evaluation and regression frameworks using golden datasets and benchmarks.\n\nTest REST APIs, microservices, asynchronous workflows, and service integrations.\n\nPerform performance, load, resilience, and failure testing.\n\nDevelop automation and integrate quality checks into CI/CD pipelines.\n\nValidate intelligent scheduling outcomes against business and operational constraints.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n6+ years of experience in QA, SDET, or Test Automation.\n\nStrong experience in backend/API testing and automation.\n\nProficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.\n\nExperience with REST Assured, Playwright, Selenium, or similar tools.\n\nStrong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and SQL.\n\nExperience with CI/CD and performance/reliability testing.\n\nHands-on exposure to LLM/GenAI testing, RAG, prompt testing, AI evaluation, or AI agents.\n\nGood to Have:\nKafka/event-driven systems\n\nKubernetes/cloud platforms\n\nPrometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or OpenTelemetry\n\nExperience building AI evaluation datasets and
