commissions transactions as per standard operating procedures (SOPs)\nPerform data entry, data validation, and data analysis with high accuracy\nReview, verify, and update records in internal systems.\nHandle email-based communication with internal teams or clients.\nEnsure compliance with quality standards, turnaround time (TAT), and SLAs\nIdentify discrepancies or errors and escalate issues to supervisors when required\nMaintain confidentiality and data security as per company and client policies\nParticipate in process improvement initiatives and training programs\nMeet productivity, accuracy, and performance targets consistently\nResearching and processing requests while working on multiple screens and applications.\nResolving moderately routine questions following pre-established guidelines.\nPerforming routine research on customer inquiries.\nEnsuring customer satisfaction and strive to meet & exceed service standards.\nDeveloping and maintaining a solid working knowledge of the insurance industry and of all products, services and processes performed by the team.\nAbility to work with strict timelines.\nWHAT YOU'LL NEED:\nGood written communication skills\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy\nBasic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)\nAbility to work with large volumes of data\nTime management and multitasking skills\nAbility to work independently as well as in a team\nWillingness to work night shifts\nMust be able to type 30+ WPM with 98% accuracy. \nGraduation in any stream, Commerce Graduate preferred.\nExperience of working in Insurance process would be preferred.\nExperience in a professional/office related environment that required you to work regularly scheduled shifts.\nExperience using a computer with Windows PC applications that required you to use a keyboard, navigate screens, and learn new software tools. \nEffective English business communication skills required to exchange information with client.\nMust have basic Email/ Letter writing skills.\nGood understanding of MS Excel and
