Job Summary: The Exim Supervisor is responsible for managing all export-import operations, with a particular focus on shipments to and from the United States. Duties & Responsibility:\n\n- Develop and implement the company’s export-import strategy to expand international markets.\n\n- Oversee and ensure international shipments comply with regulations, are timely, and within budget.\n\n- Communicate and negotiate with international suppliers and customers to reach favorable agreements.\n\n- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and government agencies.\n\n- Ensure compliance with Cambodian and international trade laws and regulations.\n\n- Maintain accurate records of all import/export transactions.\n\n- Prepare and review shipping documents (BL, invoice, packing list, COO, etc.).\n\n- Handle HS code classification and tariff-related matters.\n\n- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand global market trends.\n\n- Manage risks associated with currency fluctuations, customs duties, and international trade regulations.\n\n- Lead and develop the Exim team to ensure high performance and compliance.\n\n- Provide training and guidance on trade regulations and best practices.\nJob Requirements3.
