Role Overview :
Lead enterprise AI/ML solution architecture, full-stack Python development, system validation, technical governance, innovation through POCs, and the successful operation of production AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end AI/ML and Generative AI solution development.
- Own enterprise solution architecture and technical design.
- Lead Python full-stack development using modern frameworks.
- Gather and validate technical requirements with business teams.
- Lead development of complex business requirements.
- Review code, architecture, and technical deliverables.
- Oversee AI model deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
- Ensure smooth operation and continuous improvement of existing AI solutions.
- Explore emerging AI technologies and build Proof of Concepts.
- Mentor development teams and establish engineering best practices.
- Coordinate with business users, implementation partners, and infrastructure teams.
