Best in Business, and LinkedIn Top Startups.\nYour Role\nWe’re looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant to lead onboarding for new customers and drive their implementation of our product. We’re also looking for someone who is excited to be hands-on and influence our product roadmap.\nAs every business needs our type of product, you’ll work with a variety of new clients and industries as Zip scales. Current clients include Coinbase, Snowflake, Notion, Canva, Samsara, Databricks, etc.\nYou Will\nLead onboarding for new customers, with a heavy emphasis on understanding requirements and creatively configuring the product to solve their problems\n\nResponsible for leading the end-to-end implementation for new customers -- roll up your sleeves and build out the customer’s processes from scratch\n\nLead training and Q&A sessions with customers and key stakeholders to empower them to utilize the product without additional ongoing help from Zip\n\nProactive project management across many customers, to manage requirements and tasks across onboardings\n\nCollaborate closely with the product and engineering teams to determine which customer requests we should and shouldn’t support, and set expectations with customers\n\nDo whatever it takes to make customers happy + successfully onboard them as quickly as possible\n\nContinuously improve the post-sales processes to help our customers accelerate the time to value\n\nQualifications\n5+ years’ experience working in one of the following roles: Procurement/Sourcing Manager, ERP/P2P Systems Consultant, or managing key customer and stakeholder relationships in a B2B SaaS company\n\nPrior experience with the implementation or administration of a procurement tool / ERP (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP Ariba, Sage, Oracle Fusion, Netsuite, etc.)\n\nFantastic communication skills\n\nExtreme attention to detail and pride yourself in being incredibly proactive\n\nExperience working with product and engineering teams\n\nYou’re able to push back and still make people happy\n\nVery comfortable with software configuration (not necessarily technical skills, which would be a plus)\n\nWilling to do whatever it takes to make Zip and its customers happy.\n\nPerks & Benefits\nAt Zip, we’re committed to providing our employees with everything they need to do their best work.\nStart-up equity\n\nTeam building events\n\nFlexible PTO\n\nApple equipment plus home office budget\n\nWe're looking to hire Zipsters and that means hiring people who take ownership, communicate openly, have an underdog mindset, and are excited to increase the pace of innovation for every business in the world.
