ERP Systems Support Analyst

We are pleased to announce this exciting opportunity to join our Finance & Business Systems team as an ERP Systems Support Analyst. This role provides dedicated day-to-day support for Pronto and the wider ERP environment across the Zip UK business, whilst strengthening business continuity, reduce dependency on a single internal Pronto expert and support the resolution of system, data and integration issues across the business. In addition, this position will combine strong ERP knowledge with practical IT capability to investigate issues, maintain system and data integrity and help move recurring problems from manual workarounds to sustainable fixes.

Core Role & Responsibilities:

• Pronto & ERP Support - Provide day-to-day functional and technical support for Pronto, responding to user queries, system incidents and operational issues.
• System Investigation - Investigate system problems, identify where transactions or information have failed and determine the appropriate corrective action or escalation route.
• Data Reconciliation & Maintenance - Complete required checks, reconciliations and corrective maintenance where data, transactions or integrations are incomplete or incorrect.
• Root Cause Resolution - Identify recurring failure points and support permanent system or process fixes, reducing reliance on repeated manual checks and temporary workarounds.
• Systems Integration - Support the interaction between Pronto and connected applications including WMS, Salesforce, EDI solutions and other business systems.
• Technical IT Support - Apply practical knowledge of software applications, networks, servers, protocols and file transfers to diagnose issues and communicate effectively with IT specialists.
• WMS Stabilisation - Support the ongoing stabilisation of the Warehouse Management System, including transaction flows, serial-number movements, data integrity and downstream system impacts.
• Process Improvement - Work across Finance, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Customer Experience and other teams to improve ERP-related processes, controls and information flows.

· Cognos Financial Reporting - Champion the use of Cognos to develop and maintain a comprehensive financial reporting suite from the ERP, improving the accessibility, consistency and quality of financial information.

• Project & Change Support - Support future ERP and resource-planning projects through testing, implementation, issue resolution, handover and post-go-live support.
• Knowledge Transfer & Business Continuity - Build Pronto knowledge through structured handover, providing effective cover and reducing dependency on individual experts in the UK and Australia.
• Stakeholder & Supplier Collaboration - Work with Pronto specialists, Culligan/Zip colleagues in Australia, local IT teams, EDI providers and other third parties to resolve issues effectively. The role will occasionally require flexibility to attend stakeholder calls outside normal UK working hours to support collaboration with colleagues in Australia.
• Risk & Escalation - Ensure issues with potential financial, stock, revenue, customer or operational impact are identified and escalated to the appropriate business owner.

Requirements

Essential:

• Strong working knowledge of ERP systems; direct Pronto experience is not essential.
• Strong general IT knowledge focused on software, applications and business systems.
• Understanding of system integrations, EDI, networks, servers, protocols and file transfers.
• Experience investigating system issues, reconciling data and identifying root causes.
• Ability to understand end-to-end ERP transaction and process flows.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Strong prioritisation and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing ERP support requests, incidents and project activity while maintaining focus on business-critical priorities.
• Ability to work effectively with business users, IT specialists and third-party providers.
• Clear communication and documentation skills.

Desirable:

• Experience across more than one ERP platform.
• Pronto Xi or other Pronto Software experience.
• WMS implementation or post-go-live stabilisation experience.
• Experience supporting Finance, Supply Chain, Warehouse or Customer Experience processes.
• Experience with EDI-based customer or supplier transactions.
