# CAD/CNC Engineer

We are looking for a CAD/CNC Engineer who is mechanically inclined and knows how to program and run CNCs, specifically CNC routers for wood applications. Our client manufactures retail displays domestically and internationally and ship these displays nationwide. We are looking for a highly intelligent engineer who can do everything. Currently, the CEO of the company is the head of engineering and is involved in all projects from an engineering perspective. With company growth, we are looking for someone who knows how things are built and wants to grow and be able to problem solve, engineer retail fixtures, program the CNC for wood cabinet type manufacturing, program metal machines (if possible), and be able to provide key process improvements following the LEAN manufacturing (5s or 3s) methodology. This person will be skilled in looking at builds domestically and internationally and see where processes and build can be improved.
