You will take raw manufacturer information and transform it into polished, accurate product listings and catalog-ready content.\nThe ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, technically comfortable, a strong writer and proofreader, and able to learn new products and systems quickly. This is a self-directed role where accuracy, organization, and consistent follow-through are essential.\nKey Responsibilities\nProduct Data & Merchandising\nLearn new furniture and equipment product lines, including features, materials, dimensions, specifications, and intended uses.\nCollect, review, organize, and standardize product information from manufacturers.\nCommunicate directly with manufacturers to verify, clarify, and complete missing or inconsistent product information.\nTransform raw manufacturer data into accurate, customer-ready product content.\nUse Claude and custom AI workflows to compile, restructure, and prepare product information for internal systems.\nPublish completed products to live systems and the company website.\nMaintain accurate and consistent product listings across catalogs and digital platforms.\nCatalog & Content Management\nAssemble product and catalog-page elements on Trello cards for the Graphic Arts team.\nReview graphic proofs carefully for accuracy, formatting, and content issues.\nProofread catalog materials and coordinate corrections through final approval.\nEnsure product information, descriptions, specifications, and supporting content are consistent across materials.\nImage & Technical Support\nPerform basic image editing, including resizing, cropping, and color adjustments.\nWork comfortably with browser-based systems and web applications.\nUse basic HTML to support product content and web listings.\nApply strong technical and analytical thinking when working with structured product information and digital systems.\nPipeline & Process Management\nManage multiple products through the onboarding pipeline and meet established deadlines.\nTrack outstanding information and follow up with manufacturers or internal teams as needed.\nIdentify inconsistencies, missing information, and potential errors before products are published.\nHelp improve product-data workflows and processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.\nRequirements\nPrior experience in merchandising, content data, product content, e-commerce, or a similar role.\nExceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy.\nExperience communicating with manufacturers or vendors to obtain and verify product information.\nStrong writing and proofreading skills.\nStrong Excel proficiency, including formulas and functions.\nComfortable working with web-based programs, digital systems, and technology.\nBasic knowledge of HTML.\nAbility to perform basic image editing such as resizing, cropping, and color adjustments.\nStrong technical mindset with the ability to understand and organize detailed product specifications.\nHighly organized, self-directed, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a remote environment.\nQuick learner who can become familiar with new products, systems, and processes efficiently.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nMust be located in Latam. \nNice-to-Have Qualifications\nProfessional experience using Claude or other AI tools to restructure, summarize, and prepare information for business systems.\nExperience with n8n or other workflow automation platforms.\nExperience working with furniture, equipment, or other specification-driven products.\nExperience with PIM (Product Information Management) systems.\nExperience using Trello.\nPrevious professional experience incorporating AI tools into product-data or content workflows.\nE-commerce or catalog-management experience.\nBenefits\nWork remotely \nVacation: 10 business days a year\nHolidays: 5 National Holidays a year\nCompany Holidays: 14 Company Holidays a year\nParental Leave\nHealth Care Reimbursement\nActive Lifestyle Reimbursement\nQuarterly Home Office Reimbursement\nPayroll Deduction Purchase Plans\nLongevity Bonus\nContinuous Learning Bonus\nAccess to Training and Professional Development Platforms\nDid we mention it's REMOTE?!!\nOne of our core values at Zipdev is \"Be authentic.\" that's why we encourage you to answer the application form in your own words; we are interested in getting to know you, not a digital assistant.\nWondering how our remote environment or our payment method work?
