We are seeking people who sculpt from first principles, enjoy facing adversity, and can do the impossible at record breaking speeds.\n\nAbout You and The Role \n\nThis role is ideal for someone early in their career who is excited about Talent, Recruiting, or People Operations and wants hands-on experience in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.\n\nAs a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience from start to finish. You’ll work closely with the Recruitment Partners, Hiring Managers, and cross-functional teams to keep hiring processes organized, efficient, and candidate-focused. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and brings a strong sense of ownership along with a “get things done” mindset.\n\nThis is a hybrid role based in Rwanda/Nigeria/Ghana/Cote d'Ivoire, and we’re looking for someone excited to contribute to building world-class hiring processes.\n\nWhat You'll Do \n\nSupport the Recruitment Partners and Hiring Managers to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process\n\nCoordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring timely communication with candidates and interviewers\n\nServe as a key point of contact for candidates, helping them navigate the interview process and ensuring a great experience\n\nTrack candidate progress and maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (e.g., Greenhouse)\n\nAssist with interview logistics, including virtual and onsite coordination\n\nHelp identify scheduling or process bottlenecks and propose simple, effective solutions\n\nSupport recruitment-related projects and administrative tasks as needed\n\nMaintain strong communication with internal stakeholders to keep hiring processes on track\n\nWhat You'll Bring \n\n0–2 years of experience in administrative, coordination, or operations roles (internships included)\n\nStrong organizational skills with high attention to detail\n\nExcellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to interact professionally with candidates and stakeholders\n\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment\n\nA proactive, problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn\n\nComfort working both independently and collaboratively within a team\n\nHigh level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information\n\nBasic computer skills (Google Workspace, spreadsheets, etc.) and the willingness to learn quickly\n\nInterest in building a career in Recruiting, Talent, or People Operations\n\nYou must have the legal right to work in Rwanda/Nigeria/Ghana/Cote d'Ivoire\n\nWorking fluency in English is mandatory\n\nWhat Else You Need to Know\n\nIf you like the sound of this position but are not sure if you are the perfect fit, please apply!\nVoluntary Self-Identification\n\nFor government reporting purposes, we ask candidates to respond to the below self-identification survey.
