maintaining production web applications.\n\nAt least 2 years of experience leading frontend projects, making architectural decisions, and mentoring engineers.\n\nStrong expertise in Rust, Python, React, or similar frameworks and modern full-stack tools.\n\nExperience building component libraries and design systems.\n\nStrong problem-solving and communication skills.\n\nAbility to collaborate
