In this role, you will sit at the intersection of dark store operations, last-mile delivery, and central P&L ownership.\nYou will manage key workflows, launch projects across India, and work cross-functionally to improve efficiency, reduce cost-per-order, and ensure SLA adherence at scale.\nThis is an incredible yet challenging launchpad role designed for future business leaders. You will start by managing programs and projects in Central Ops and grow into leading BUs at Zippee. Expect to don multiple hats: from problem-solver to on-ground operator to cross-functional collaborator, as you help drive execution and scale.\nYou must be comfortable staying flexible and thriving in a high-pressure, unstructured startup environment. At Zippee, no work is too small when it contributes to building the future of quick commerce.\nWhat you will do:\nProgram & Project Launches: Manage and launch key operational projects across India, from new dark stores to last-mile delivery pilots and central process rollouts.\nDesign Solutions - Deliver client-aligned, budget-conscious designs using current trends and innovative materials; review shop/detailing drawings from external architects.\nISO Implementation - Maintain the ISO manual for Interiors LoB; ensure compliance with safety, IMS, Kaizen, and Business Excellence standards.\nDesign Development Support - Provide timely design and detailing support for quick-commerce/e-commerce clients pan-India; assist design lead with client presentations; coordinate with stakeholders to align design with operations.\nProcess Excellence: Own central workflows and SOPs for dark store and last-mile operations; identify bottlenecks and implement scalable fixes.\nMetrics & Reporting: Track and improve KPIs such as delivery TATs, SLA adherence, store throughput, and cost-per-order. Build MIS dashboards and reports for leadership.\nData-Driven Problem Solving: Analyze operational data to uncover inefficiencies, propose improvements, and support decision-making on fleet, manpower, and inventory.\nExternal Architect Support - Provide detailing support for external deliverables; create standard detailing templates; prepare BOQs and quantification per approved designs.\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, tech, finance, and city ops teams to solve operational challenges and drive automation.\nOn-Ground Leadership: Travel across India to support store launches, fleet operations, audits, and expansion projects.
