We move fast, set a high bar, and we're not for everyone. \nThis is an opportunity to gain hands-on exposure across Customer Success, Operations, Sales, and Go-to-Market launch in a fast-growing quick commerce startup. Think: the Launcher Program at Uber or DoorDash. \nThis is an in-person role based at our Gurugram HQ and involves extensive travel across India.\nResponsibilities:\nOwn the post-sales customer journey while working closely with Operations, Product, Procurement, Tech, and Sales to ensure successful execution.\nTravel extensively across India to support brand launches, dark store operations, and on-ground execution.\nTrack key operational metrics, project milestones, and ensure timely execution across cross-functional teams.\nBuild strong relationships with brands, resolve operational challenges, and drive customer success.\nRequirements:\nBachelor's degree in Business or related field from a reputed college.
