We move fast, we set a high bar, and we’re not for everyone.\nThis is an in-person role (M-F office | Saturday remote) at our Gurgaon HQ.\nResponsibilities:\nPartner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define job descriptions.\nSource candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.\nScreen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' fit.\nCoordinate interview schedules and ensure a smooth candidate experience,\nManage offer negotiations and onboarding formalities.\nMaintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and talent pipelines.\nQualifications\nA Master's degree or MBA in Human Resources is preferred.\n2-5 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, and Talent Acquisition at startups.
