We move fast, we set a high bar, and we’re not for everyone.\nIn-person role at our dark store, and you must be based near Ayyanthole, \nResponsibilities:\nManage end-to-end Quick Commerce/dark store operations including inbound, inventory, picking, packing, dispatch, and same-day fulfilment.\nEnsure adherence to operational SLAs, inventory accuracy, and customer fulfilment metrics.\nManage manpower planning, rostering, productivity, attendance, and shift operations.\nHire, train, and lead inventory controllers, pickers, packers, store captains, and delivery associates.\nConduct inventory audits, COD reconciliation, and operational reporting.\nWork closely with D2C brands, marketplaces, and internal teams to support growth and expansion.\nQualifications:\n3-7 years of experience in Quick Commerce, Dark Store Operations, Fulfilment, Logistics, or Supply Chain Operations.\nStrong team management and communication skills.\nHands-on experience with WMS, ERP, and inventory management systems.\nExperience managing blue-collar dark store and delivery teams.
