We move fast, we set a high bar, and we’re not for everyone.\nThis is an in-person role (M-F office | Saturday remote) at our Gurgaon HQ.\nResponsibilities\nOwn end-to-end hiring across Corporate and Operations roles, with a strong focus on Supply Chain, Warehousing, Last Mile and City Operations.\nBuild high-quality talent pipelines across quick commerce, e-commerce, logistics, and 3PL through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networks.\nScreen and assess candidates for functional fit, ownership, and culture fit.\nPartner with hiring managers to drive closures against defined TATs and ensure a strong candidate experience.\nOwn offers, onboarding, and recruitment MIS.\nTrack and improve time-to-hire, offer-to-join, source effectiveness and hiring quality.\nQualifications\n4-7 years of TA experience, with meaningful exposure to Supply Chain / Operations hiring. Prior hiring experience in quick commerce, e-commerce, logistics, 3PL, warehousing, or last-mile businesses strongly preferred.\nExperience closing both high-volume Ops and mid-level roles.
