We move fast, we set a high bar, and we’re not for everyone.\nThis is an in-person role at our Haryana FC, you must be based in NCR or Gurgaon.\nResponsibilities:\nPlan and launch key operational projects across warehouses and fulfillment centers, including last-mile delivery pilots and central process rollouts.\nDesign optimized warehouse layouts and zoning strategies based on SKU velocity, demand patterns, and picking efficiency.\nDefine and continuously improve SOPs across inbound, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and manpower to drive productivity and reduce order processing time.\nLead end-to-end setup and expansion of new warehouses and micro-fulfillment centers: from vendor coordination (racking, labeling, equipment) to timely go-live. \nMust have hands-on experience in FMCG operations and B2B/B2C business models.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's in Business, Operations, or Supply Chain from a top institution; MBA highly preferred.\nStrong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP.\n6-10 years in WH Management or supply chain, with hands-on experience in process design, SLA adherence, and supply chain costs.\nStrong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and BI dashboards;
