Sonipat.\nIncredible opportunity to drive meaningful impact in Operations at a high-growth quick commerce startup.\nThis is a high-pressure, zero-handholding, unstructured environment, where no task is beneath you if it moves the mission forward. We move fast, we set a high bar, and we’re not for everyone.\nThis is an in-person role at our Haryana FC. You must be based near Sonipat.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign optimized warehouse layouts and zoning strategies based on SKU velocity, demand patterns, and picking efficiency.\nDefine and continuously improve SOPs across inbound, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch to drive productivity and reduce order processing time.\nMust have hands-on experience in FMCG operations and B2B/B2C business models.\nManage FC team and forecast manpower requirements across all warehouse functions based on order volumes, SKU mix, and peak demand.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's in Business, Operations, or Supply Chain from a top institution; MBA highly preferred.\nStrong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP.\n3-6 years in WH Management or supply chain, with hands-on experience in process design, SLA adherence, and supply chain costs.\nStrong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and BI dashboards;
