We are dedicated to enhancing consumers' financial outcomes and tackling the affordable housing crisis through cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions.\nThe Role\nThe Community Guide (CG) owns revenue growth, market share performance, and partner success within their assigned portfolio.\nThis role is responsible for identifying and capturing revenue opportunities across existing accounts by increasing applications, funded loans, and average loan size. The CG diagnoses performance gaps, removes growth barriers, and drives cross-functional alignment to unlock results.\nAs the primary owner of each client relationship, the CG represents Zippy’s interests first while building trusted, long-term partnerships. They ensure partners are operationally aligned, commercially engaged, and fully enabled to deliver a seamless borrower and retailer experience.\nSuccess in this role requires strong business judgment, commercial instinct, operational fluency, and disciplined performance management.\nWhat You’ll Do\nRevenue & Market Share Ownership\nOwn the full revenue metrics and market share position of your assigned portfolio.\n\nDrive measurable growth in applications, funded loans, and average loan size.\n\nIdentify, quantify, and execute against performance gaps and revenue opportunities within each account.\n\nDiagnose structural growth blockers (e.g., product gaps, pricing, state limitations, operational friction) and escalate quantified impact to leadership.\n\nForecast performance trends and proactively build action plans to achieve growth targets and defend share among assigned accounts.\n\nRelationship Ownership & Business Development\nServe as the primary relationship owner and trusted advisor for assigned clients.\n\nBuild strong, credible relationships with operators and key stakeholders.\n\nExpand revenue through strategic account development, onboarding new locations, and deepening product adoption.\n\nLead proactive growth conversations rather than reactive support interactions.\n\nPortfolio Management\nOperate as the manager of your portfolio, accountable for growth, retention, and performance of assigned accounts.\n\nMaintain deep visibility into pipeline activity, funding trends, conversion rates, and unrealized potential.\n\nDevelop and execute strategic account plans aligned to each partner’s opportunity.\n\nPartner Enablement & Operational Alignment\nEnsure partners are fully trained and aligned on Zippy’s end-to-end process (marketing through funding).\n\nDrive operational discipline to improve pull-through, speed, and borrower experience.\n\nCollaborate cross-functionally to resolve systemic issues and file-level friction impacting performance.\n\nPerformance Tracking & CRM Discipline\nTrack and report on key performance indicators including market share, application volume, funded volume, and revenue trends.\n\nMaintain accurate, actionable account and contact data in Salesforce.\n\nUse data to inform strategic decisions and prioritize time allocation.\n\nInternal Leadership & Advocacy\nRepresent client insights internally while protecting Zippy’s commercial interests.\n\nProvide structured feedback on product gaps, operational inefficiencies, and revenue opportunity.\n\nInfluence cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives that unlock portfolio growth.\n\nSubject Matter Expertise\nMaintain deep knowledge of Zippy’s loan process, underwriting standards, technology, and funding requirements.\n\nServe as a trusted expert for both clients and internal stakeholders.\n\nContinuously seek learning to strengthen commercial and operational effectiveness.\n\nWhat You’ll Need\nStrong ownership mentality with comfort being accountable for revenue and performance metrics.\n\nCommercially driven with a sales-oriented mindset.\n\nHigh curiosity and strong diagnostic problem-solving skills.\n\nNaturally personable, friendly, and able to build trust quickly with a wide range of stakeholders.\n\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex or difficult conversations constructively.\n\nConfidence operating with operators, owners, and senior stakeholders.\n\nStrong Salesforce/CRM proficiency and disciplined data management habits.\n\nDetail-oriented with strong follow-through and execution discipline.\n\nAbility to balance partner advocacy with Zippy-first business priorities.\n\nExperience in tech-forward, mortgage, fintech, or enablement environments preferred.\n\nSaaS experience and ability to articulate product value is a plus.\n\nFamiliarity with the manufactured housing industry is a plus.\n\nImportant Applicant Information\nWhile many of our interviews are conducted virtually, all applicants should be prepared to potentially meet in person as part of the process.\n\nAs a participating employer, we will use E-Verify to confirm employment eligibility.\n\nPlease note that we are currently only hiring candidates who reside in the following states: Arizona, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Wisconsin.
