The role involves hardware, software, Windows operating systems, networking and infrastructure troubleshooting.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nInstall, configure and troubleshoot desktops, laptops and IT peripherals.\n\nDiagnose and resolve Windows 10/11 operating system issues.\n\nTroubleshoot hardware, software, drivers, BSOD and system performance issues.\n\nConfigure and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers and switches.\n\nSupport TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and basic network administration.\n\nProvide basic Windows Server, Active Directory and Microsoft 365 support.\n\nPerform on-site client visits, preventive maintenance and technical support.\n\nAssist with CCTV, IP cameras and other IT infrastructure.\n\nMaintain service reports and ensure SLA compliance.\n\nEducational Qualifications\n\nDegree, HND or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Networking or a related field.\n\nCCNA, CCNP, CompTIA A+, Network+ or equivalent certifications are advantageous.\n\nAdditional qualifications in English Language or Communication will be an added advantage.\n\nExperience Requirements\n\nL1 Engineer: 0–2 years of relevant IT support experience.\n\nL2 Engineer: 2–4 years of experience in IT infrastructure, networking and troubleshooting.\n\nFresh graduates with strong practical technical knowledge are encouraged to apply for L1 positions.\n\nRequired Skills\n\nStrong Windows operating system troubleshooting skills.\n\nKnowledge of computer hardware and networking.\n\nGood communication and customer service skills.\n\nProblem-solving ability and willingness to learn.\n\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\n\nWillingness to travel for islandwide client assignments.\n\nEmployment Requirements\n\nValid driving licence will be an
