ZITECH SOLUTIONS (PVT) LTD JOB DESCRIPTION – FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER (L1 / L2) Department: Field Service Operations (FSO) Employment Type: Full-Time Work Location: Islandwide, Sri Lanka Reporting To: Field Service Operations Manager / Technical Lead Job Overview ZiTech Solutions is looking for skilled and motivated Field Service Engineers (L1/L2) to provide on-site and remote IT support to corporate clients. The role involves hardware, software, Windows operating systems, networking and infrastructure troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities Install, configure and troubleshoot desktops, laptops and IT peripherals. Diagnose and resolve Windows 10/11 operating system issues. Troubleshoot hardware, software, drivers, BSOD and system performance issues. Configure and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers and switches. Support TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and basic network administration. Provide basic Windows Server, Active Directory and Microsoft 365 support. Perform on-site client visits, preventive maintenance and technical support. Assist with CCTV, IP cameras and other IT infrastructure. Maintain service reports and ensure SLA compliance.
