Such matters may include leave, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition and morale, occupational health and safety, and training and development.\nCarries out new hire orientation and employee exit procedures.\nConducts background checks and employee eligibility verifications.\nMaintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and best practices.\nPerforms other duties as required.\n\nRequirements\nYou will need:\n3-5+ years experience in HR/People roles, ideally gained within the software/technology industry\nTo be willing and able to work full-time at our HQ in Milpitas, CA.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills. \nExcellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.\nExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.\nKnowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.\n\nAbout ZL Technologies\nZL Tech and its software solutions enable the world’s largest companies to govern and deliver corporate unstructured data for AI.
