You will work closely with development, and report to QA Manager to ensure our systems are fast, scalable, and stable under real-world load.\nKey Responsibilities\nGather non-functional requirements and translate them into performance test strategies, workload models, and SLAs (response time, throughput, concurrency, error rate).\nDesign, script, and execute load, stress, endurance, spike, and scalability tests using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner.\nPerform API/web services performance testing (REST/SOAP) and database-level performance validation.\nAnalyse test results to identify bottlenecks (application, database, network, or infrastructure) and work with engineering teams to resolve them.\nPrepare detailed performance test reports, dashboards, and executive summaries with clear recommendations.\nContribute to capacity planning and pre-production performance sign-off for major releases.\nMust-Have Skills\n7 years of overall QA/testing experience, with 3+ years focused specifically on performance testing.\nStrong hands-on experience with JMeter and/or LoadRunner working on Enterprise Applications.\nSolid understanding of performance testing concepts: load, stress, soak/endurance, spike, and scalability testing.\nExperience with performance scripting for HTTP/HTML, REST/SOAP web services, and correlation/parameterization techniques.\nWorking knowledge of SQL for backend validation and query performance analysis.\nBasic scripting ability (Java, Python, or Shell) for test data setup and automation of test workflows.\nGood understanding of the full performance test lifecycle -
