If you're excited about defining how the world governs identity in an AI-first future, we'd love to talk.\nRole Summary:\nAs a Senior Product Manager, you will proactively drive the development and success of product development and launches. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives. You will craft and communicate product roadmaps to both internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with UX Design, Engineering, QA, Customer Support, Sales, and Marketing to bring your ideas to customers.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProduct Planning and Execution\nContribute to product strategy and roadmap development\nCreate, prioritize, and manage product backlogs\nWrite clear, detailed user stories and product requirements\nCoordinate with development teams to ensure the timely delivery of features\nUser Research and Analysis\nConduct user interviews and surveys to gather product feedback\nAnalyze user behaviour data to identify improvement opportunities\nDevelop and maintain user personas\nMarket and Competitive Analysis\nMonitor market trends and competitor activities\nProvide insights to inform product positioning and feature prioritization\nCross-functional Collaboration\nWork closely with engineering, design, and QA teams throughout the product development cycle\nCoordinate with marketing and sales teams for product launches and ongoing support\nCommunicate product updates and progress to stakeholders\nProduct Performance Tracking\nDefine and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned products\nAnalyze product metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement\nAgile Process Management\nParticipate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives\nHelp remove obstacles for the development team\nQualification and Experience\nEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.\n\nExperience: 4-7 years of experience in product management with experience building B2B product features for the IT, InfoSec, and GRC teams, including platform administration, user management, intelligent automation, business intelligence dashboards, enterprise APIs capabilities like role-based access control, audit & reporting, etc \nKey Skills:\nSoft Skills:\nExcellent communication, presentation, and project management abilities\nStrong collaboration mindset and ability to influence without authority\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills\nTechnical Skills:\nExperience in B2B product environments\nFamiliarity with Agile software and product development methodologies\nWorking knowledge of identity standards and frameworks.\nStrong experience with dual-track agile and fluid between discovery and delivery\nCore understanding of UX design principles with a focus on creating user delight\nFamiliarity with data analysis and product analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Mixpanel)\nKnowledge of the SaaS Management and Identity Governance sector\nExperience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Productboard, Notion, etc.)\nExperience in a growth-stage product, 1x to 10x.\nEfficient with the RICE prioritization framework and a mix of other existing frameworks to make data-driven decisions.\nEmpowering Diversity, Championing Inclusivity\nZluri values diversity and inclusivity, fostering an environment where every individual feels welcome and respected.
