If you're excited about defining how the world governs identity in an AI-first future, we'd love to talk.\nResponsibilities:\nOwn and deliver modules end-to-end - from design and coding to deployment and monitoring.\nDrive technical decisions and influence architecture to ensure high scalability, reliability, and performance.\nCollaborate closely with PMs, QAs, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and knowledge sharing.\nMentor junior engineers, review code, and set best practices for design, coding, and testing.\nIdentify gaps in systems and processes, propose improvements, and set up workflows to scale the engineering team.\nRequirements:\nMust Have\n3+ years of hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining complex applications in production environments.\nDeep knowledge of databases - NoSQL or relational, with solid data modelling experience.\nSolid understanding of system design, object-oriented design, and design patterns.\nShould be able to design small systems/services independently.\nExperience debugging, profiling, and scaling high-performance applications.\nStrong problem-solving skills, able to handle ambiguity, and break down complex issues.\nHave worked at a product-based company.\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).\nGood to Have\nExperience with Node.js or React.js.\nPrior hands-on work with MongoDB.\nPrior experience mentoring or leading a small engineering team is a plus.\nEmpowering Diversity, Championing Inclusivity\nZluri values diversity and inclusivity, fostering an environment where every individual feels welcome and respected.
