You will lead a team of 7–9 engineers, working closely with the Product Manager to keep the team efficient, focused, and AI-native, while remaining hands-on in the code.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nOwn performance management: set clear expectations, provide direct feedback, run reviews, and address underperformance.\n\nLevel up engineers: build growth plans, coach through pairing and code reviews, and create stretch opportunities.\n\nCollaborate with Product and Design to decide on investment priorities, experiments, and pivots.\n\nStay hands-on: work directly in the codebase, implementing features and architectural changes.\n\nMaintain AI-native practices and ensure high quality while keeping operational burden low.\n\nTrack and communicate impact using metrics like delivery speed, quality, and product outcomes.\n\nWymagania\nWhat we're looking for\n\n8+ years of software engineering experience.\n\n4+ years leading engineering teams in product companies, including hiring, growth, and performance management.\n\nA track record of growing people and handling difficult performance situations.\n\nHands-on experience using AI to speed up code writing, review, and refactoring.\n\nA founder mindset: ability to move quickly from idea to experiment and pivot based on user feedback.\n\nAbility to thrive in ambiguity.\n\nFluent English.\n\nNice to have\n\nExperience
