And we're still just getting started.\nWe are seeking a detail-oriented Integration Health Engineer to ensure the stability, performance, and reliability of our system integrations. This role focuses on monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing integrations between various applications, platforms, and third-party services. The ideal candidate will proactively identify potential issues, resolve system errors, and work closely with development and operations teams to maintain seamless data flow and system connectivity.\nShift time: 4 AM IST to 1 PM IST\nA Day in Your Life…\nMonitor Integration Performance - Continuously oversee system integrations to detect anomalies, latency, or failures.\nTroubleshoot & Resolve Issues - Diagnose and resolve integration errors, API failures, and data flow disruptions in real-time.\nMaintain System Health - Ensure integrations remain functional, efficient, and up to date with minimal downtime.\nLog Analysis & Reporting - Review logs and alerts to identify root causes of failures and document resolutions.\nOptimize Existing Integrations - Identify inefficiencies in data processing and recommend improvements to enhance performance.\nCoordinate with Engineering Teams - Work closely with developers, DevOps, and IT teams to implement fixes and improvements.\nEnsure Compliance & Security - Adhere to industry standards and best practices, including data protection policies and system security.\nDocument Processes & Solutions - Maintain thorough documentation of troubleshooting procedures, integration updates, and system workflows.\nQualifications & Skills:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\n2-4 years of experience with API monitoring, system health checks, and integration and network troubleshooting.\nProficiency in SQL, Python, PowerShell, or Bash for log analysis and automation.\nExperience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Datadog, or Prometheus.\nStrong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.\nCreativity in problem solving.\nExcellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with developers and stakeholders.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize issues effectively.\nExperience working in integration support or system operations (preferred).\nFamiliarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) (preferred).\nKnowledge of incident management best practices (preferred).\nBenefits \nAn incredible team of smart and supportive people \nA competitive compensation package, including attractive medical insurance\nAmazing perks - think catered lunch every day, Ping Pong, etc.\nDaycare/creche facility for kids \nThe chance to create a better healthcare experience for millions of patients!\nCorporate wellness programs with Headspace \nCellphone and wifi reimbursement \nCompetitive parental leave\nSabbatical leave (over 5 years) \nAnnual sponsored health check-ups \nZocdoc is certified as a Great Place to Work 2025-2026\nAbout us\n Zocdoc is the country’s leading digital health marketplace that helps patients easily find and book the care they need.
